Welcome to the Unique Sideboards website. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any forms, content and features offered on it (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Unique Sideboards ("Unique Sideboards," "we," "us" or "our"), a manufacturer of aluminum Uni-Mesh truck sideboards located at 1523 Edgar Place, Sarasota, FL 34240.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals interested in our truck sideboard products and services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with anyone else's use of it. You agree not to:

2. Quote Requests

The Site lets you request a quote by sharing your contact details and the sideboard sizes you need. A quote request is not an order and does not create a contract. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us, and final pricing, specifications, lead times and terms of sale will be confirmed with you directly in writing before any order is accepted.

3. Product Information

We work to keep product descriptions, sizes, specifications, images and other information on the Site accurate and current. However, the information is provided for general reference only. Products may be updated or changed, and images may not reflect every detail of a finished build. We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice.

4. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content to us (a "Submission"), you confirm that it is truthful, reflects your own experience, and does not violate anyone else's rights. You grant Unique Sideboards a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, and display your Submission, along with your name and company name, on the Site and in our marketing materials. We may decline, remove or moderate any Submission at our discretion. We do not publish your email address.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs and the Unique Sideboards name, is owned by or licensed to Unique Sideboards and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include links to, or embedded content from, third-party services, such as an embedded Google Map. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
